Innoprot develops novel green and red fluorescent cell lines through stable transfection with tGFP & FP602 respectively. These “LINTERNA” and “VAMPIRO” cell lines express green or red fluorescent protein gene sequences as free cytoplasmatic proteins.
LINTERNA & VAMPIRO Cell lines are monoclonal cell lines that are ready to use in cell-based assay applications. These stable transfected clonal cell lines provide consistent levels of tGFP or FP602 expression; which helps simplify the interpretation of results. These cell lines are valid “in vitro” model for research studies.
