alpha1B adrenoreceptor assay

alpha1B adrenoceptor assay

alpha1B Adrenoceptor assay (ADRA1B) from Innoprot provides the analysis of both signalling pathways involving receptor activation; G protein by Calcium flux and β-arrestin recruitment using Nomad multiplex technology.

The alpha-1B adrenergic receptor (α1B adrenoceptor), also known as ADRA1B, is member of Alpha-1-adrenergic receptors (alpha-1-ARs) family. They activate mitogenic responses and regulate growth and proliferation of many cells. The primary transduction mechanism is mediated by Gq/G11 family transducers, so its activation response is easily measured by calcium flux.
