AVPR2 Cell Line

Arginine Vasopressin 2 receptor belongs to the same subfamily of G-protein coupled receptors of AVPR1A, AVPR1B and OXT receptors. The activity of Arginine Vasopressin receptor 2 (AVPR2) mediated by Gs, stimulates an adenylate cyclase second messenger system. V2 Vasopressin Receptor Assay from Innoprot allows the measurement of AVPR2 receptor activation using Nomad biosensors technology. V2 vasopressin receptor signaling occurs via adenylate cyclase stimulation through trimeric Gs protein, increasing cAMP, and downstream L-type calcium channel interaction. cAMP-Nomad Biosensor measures the receptor activation by cAMP accumulation.
