cAMPNOMAD Cells are cell lines stably co-expressing tag-free GPCRs and cAMP Nomad Biosensor to monitor G-protein modulation by cAMP release. Each vial of cAMPNOMAD GIP Receptor Cell Line contains U2OS cells stably expressing the following constructs:

  • human GIP Receptor (GIPR) with no tag
  • cAMP Nomad Biosensor (Red Fluorescence)

cAMPNOMAD GIP Receptor Cell Line allows to assay compounds analyzing the G-Protein signalling pathway by Gs involving receptor activation. When an agonist binds to GIP, the Gs protein is activated which, in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by cAMP via adenylate cyclase stimulation. This leads to an increase of red fluorescence intensity of cAMP biosensor. So, the activity can be easily quantified on living cells in a dose-response manner by fluorescence emission in a microplate reader.

Human Dural Fibroblasts (HDuF) provided by Innoprot are isolated from human healthy dura matter tissue. HDuF are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. Each vial of Human Dural Fibroblast contains more than 500.000 viable cells. They are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings following the instructions provided in the technical sheet.

Innoprot also offers optimized medium and reagents for the growth of Human Dural Fibroblasts which are quality tested together and guaranteed to give maximum performance as a global solution for in vitro HDuF culture.

Human Aortic Endothelial Cell Line

Immortalized Human Aortic Endothelial Cells

Immortalized Human Aortic Endothelial Cells (IM-HAEC) provided by Innoprot have been developed by immortalizing primary human aortic endothelial cells with SV40 Large T antigen.

Immortalized cells were controlled passaging side by side with the primary cells. Primary cells go into senescence after the 4th passage while the SV40‐tranduced cells go beyond 30 passages.

Each vial of IM-HAEC contains more than 1 million viable cells. Innoprot also offers optimized medium and reagents for the growth of IM-HAEC which are quality tested together and guaranteed to give maximum performance as a global solution for in vitro IM-HAEC culture.
