EP4 Prostanoid Receptor Assay from Innoprot measures PTGER4 receptor activation using HTRF technology. PTGER4 Receptor signaling occurs via adenylate cyclase stimulation through trimeric Gs proteins, increasing cAMP, and also downstream L-type calcium channel interaction.
In this assay, we measure the receptor activation/inhibition by cAMP accumulation using HTRF technology. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring EP4 Prostanoid Receptor Assay activation process in living cells.
