Green Fluorescent GPCR cell lines from Innoprot allows to perform GPCR internalization assays. Each vial of Green Fluorescent PAC1 Receptor Cell Line contains U2OS cells stably expressing PAC1 Receptor tagged with tGFP. These Cell lines proliferate in vitro maintaining fluorescent GPCR expression following the cell culture manual.

Innoprot Green Fluorescent PAC1 Receptor Cell Line allows to assay compounds, or analyze their capability to modulate PAC1 Receptor activation and the following redistribution process inside the cells. When a ligand binds to the PAC1 Receptor, it activates a G protein, which internalizes in big and high intensity vesicles. This cell line has been validated measuring Fluorescent PAC1 Receptor redistribution by increase of fluorescence surrounding the nuclei using image analysis algorithms. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring PAC1 Receptor redistribution process in High Throughput Screening.

Each vial of HiTSeeker PAC1 Receptor Cell Line contains HEK293 cells stably expressing PAC1R with no tag. HiTSeeker Cell lines proliferate in vitro maintaining GPCR expression following the cell culture manual.

Innoprot HiTSeeker PAC1 Receptor Cell Line allows to assay compounds, or analyze their capability to modulate PAC1R. When a ligand binds to the PAC1R, it activates a G protein, which in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by cAMP. HiTSeeker PAC1 Receptor Cell Line has been validated measuring cAMP concentration changes in the cytosol upon activation with PACAP-38. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring PAC1 receptor activation process in High Throughput Screening.
