Each vial of HiTSeeker AVPR1A Cell Line contains HEK293 cells stably expressing AVPR1A with no tag. HiTSeeker Cell lines proliferate in vitro maintaining GPCR expression following the cell culture manual.
Innoprot HiTSeeker AVPR1A Cell Line allows to assay compounds, or analyze their capability to modulate AVPR1A. When a ligand binds to the AVPR1A, it activates a G protein, which in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by calcium. HiTSeeker AVPR1A cell line has been validated measuring calcium concentration changes in the cytosol upon activation with AVP. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring AVPR1A receptor activation process in High Throughput Screening.
