Cell Culture Reagents from Innoprot comprises different types of coating solutions; such as fibronectin, poly-l-ysine, collagen and gelatin solution. Innoprot also offer reagents for subculturing such as Trypsin/EDTA solution, Trypsin Neutralization solution and DPBS.
Bovine Plasma Fibronectin is purified from bovine plasma with affinity chromatography and supports cell adhesion and spreading. Recommended for use as a cell culture substratum at 1-5 µg/cm2. Optimal concentration depends on cell type.
Collagen I-Cell Culture Surface Coating Kit includes collagen I purified from rat tail tendon by modification of the Bell Method and supplied as a sterile liquid in 1/1000 acetic acid. The kit also includes a 100× collagen I solvent, which can be used to dilute collagen I to the appropriate concentration for the coating of cell culture vessels.
Kit Components:
Collagen type I from rat tail: 1 mg/ml. Qty: 10 ml
0.2% Gelatin Solution is a substrate for cell culture adhesion. Optimal conditions for attachment must be determined for each cell line and application. Recommended concentration for normal human cell attachment is 100-200 µg/cm2.
Product is stable for 2 years and remains unchanged from the date of receipt when stored at 2 – 8° C
Poly-L-Lysine (PLL) is a synthetic, positively charged amino acid chain that enhances cell adhesion by altering surface charges on the culture substrate.
Each vial of PLL contains 1 ml Poly-L-Lysine at a concentration of 1 mg/ml.
Product is stable for at least 6 months from the date of receipt when stored at 2 – 8° C and is stable for at least 2 years at -20° C.
