A novel family of cell lines have been developed through stable transfection with different fluorescent isoforms of tau protein and mutants.
Each cell line is stably‐transfected and it is ready to use in cell‐based assay applications. These stably transfected cell lines provide consistent levels of tau expression, which helps to simplify the interpretation of the results. These cell lines are intended to be used as “in vitro” models for research studies.
