HiTSeeker Cell lines proliferate in vitro maintaining GPCR expression following the cell culture manual.<\/p>\n<p>Innoprot HiTSeeker ADRA1A Cell Line allows to assay compounds, or analyze their capability to modulate ADRA1A. When a ligand binds to the ADRA1A, it activates a G protein, which in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by calcium. HiTSeeker ADRA1A cell line has been validated measuring calcium concentration changes in the cytosol upon activation with epinephrine.
