Each vial of <strong><sub>cAMP<\/sub>NOMAD FSHR Cell Line<\/strong> contains U2OS cells stably expressing the following constructs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Human Follicle stimulating hormone receptor (FSHR)\u00a0with no tag<\/li>\n<li>cAMP Nomad Biosensor (Red Fluorescence)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><sub>cAMP<\/sub>NOMAD FSHR Cell Line<\/strong> allows for the assay of compounds analyzing the G-Protein signalling pathway via cAMP, following activation of the receptor. When an agonist binds to FSHR, a G protein is activated which, in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by cAMP. This leads to an increase in the red fluorescence intensity of cAMP biosensor.
