HiTSeeker Cell lines proliferate in vitro maintaining GPCR expression following the cell culture manual.<\/p>\n

Innoprot HiTSeeker NTSR1 Neurotensin Receptor Cell Line allows to assay compounds, or analyze their capability to modulate Neurotensin 1 receptor. When a ligand binds to the NTSR1, it activates a G protein, which in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by calcium. HiTSeeker NTSR1 Receptor cell line has been validated measuring calcium concentration changes in the cytosol upon activation with Neurotensin. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring NTSR1 activation process in High Throughput Screening.<\/p>\n
