This cell line is a mixture of both, adherent spindle and epithelial-like cells. B16F10 cell line is a well-established model for metastasis and it is applicable for the study of experimental cancer therapies.<br \/>\nMelanoma tumors express different tumor-associated antigens, which usually induce weak immune responses of short duration.
