When an agonist binds to H1 receptor a G protein is activated which, in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by calcium and a subsequent internalization mediated by \u00df-Arrestin. This leads to an increase of fluorescence intensity of both \u03b2-Arrestin and Ca<sup>2+<\/sup> biosensors.
