Innoprot offers different cell lines stably expressing GPCRs to monitor their activation through different pathways:

  • HiTSeeker Cell Lines express GPCR with no tag
  • Internalization Cell Lines express GPCR tagged to tGFP to monitor internalization assays.
  • Nomad Cell Lines co-express GPCR with no tag and Nomad Biosensors to monitor simultaneously the different GPCR signalling pathways (β-arrestin recruitment, Ca2+, cAMP or also DAG).

cAMPNOMAD ADRB3 Receptor Cell Line

cAMPNOMAD ADRB3 Receptor Cell Line

9.995,00

cAMPNOMAD Cells are cell lines stably co-expressing tag-free GPCRs and cAMP Nomad Biosensor to monitor G-protein modulation by cAMP release. Each vial of cAMPNOMAD ADRB3 Receptor Cell Line contains U2OS cells stably expressing the following constructs:

  • human B3 adrenoceptor with no tag
  • cAMP Nomad Biosensor (Red Fluorescence)

cAMPNOMAD B3 adrenoceptor Cell Line allows to assay compounds analyzing the G-Protein signalling pathway by cAMP involving receptor activation. When an agonist binds to ADRB3 a G protein is activated which, in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by cAMP. This leads to an increase of red fluorescence intensity of cAMP biosensor. So, the activity can be easily quantified on living cells in a dose-response manner by fluorescence emission in a microplate reader.

HiTSeeker beta-3 adrenergic receptor Cell Line

HiTSeeker beta-3 adrenergic receptor Cell Line

5.250,00

HiTSeeker are cell lines stably expressing label-free GPCRs, also known as seven-(pass)-transmembrane domain receptors. Each vial of HiTSeeker beta-3 adrenergic receptor Cell Line contains HEK293 cells stably expressing ADRB3 with no tag. HiTSeeker Cell lines proliferate in vitro maintaining GPCR expression following the cell culture manual.

Innoprot HiTSeeker ADRB3 Cell Line allows to assay compounds, or analyze their capability to modulate ADRB3. When a ligand binds to the ADRB3, it activates a G protein, which in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by cAMP. HiTSeeker ADRB3 cell line has been validated measuring cAMP concentration changes in the cytosol upon activation with isoproterenol. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring ADRB3 receptor activation process in High Throughput Screening.
