Innoprot offers different cell lines stably expressing GPCRs to monitor their activation through different pathways:

  • HiTSeeker Cell Lines express GPCR with no tag
  • Internalization Cell Lines express GPCR tagged to tGFP to monitor internalization assays.
  • Nomad Cell Lines co-express GPCR with no tag and Nomad Biosensors to monitor simultaneously the different GPCR signalling pathways (β-arrestin recruitment, Ca2+, cAMP or also DAG).

Green Fluorescent CRF2 Receptor Cell Line

6.950,00

Green Fluorescent GPCR cell lines from Innoprot allows to perform GPCR internalization assays. Each vial of Green Fluorescent CRF2 Cell Line contains CHO-K1 cells stably expressing CRF2 tagged with tGFP.  These Cell lines proliferate in vitro maintaining fluorescent GPCR expression following the cell culture manual.

Innoprot Green Fluorescent CRF2 Receptor Cell Line allows to assay compounds, or analyze their capability to modulate CRF2 activation and the following redistribution process inside the cells. When a ligand binds to the CRF2 Receptor, it activates a G protein, which internalizes in big and high intensity vesicles. This cell line has been validated measuring Fluorescent CRF2 redistribution by increase of fluorescence surrounding the nuclei using image analysis algorithms. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring CRF2 Receptor redistribution process in High Throughput Screening.

HiTSeeker are cell lines stably expressing label-free GPCRs, also known as seven-(pass)-transmembrane domain receptors. Each vial of HiTSeeker CRF2 Cell Line contains HEK293 cells stably expressing CRF2 with no tag. HiTSeeker Cell lines proliferate in vitro maintaining GPCR expression following the cell culture manual.

Innoprot HiTSeeker CRF2 Cell Line allows to assay compounds, or analyze their capability to modulate CRF2. When a ligand binds to the CRF2, it activates a G protein, which in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by cAMP. HiTSeeker CRF2 cell line has been validated measuring both cAMP and calcium concentration changes in the cytosol upon activation with CRF. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring CRF2 receptor activation process in High Throughput Screening.
