Green Fluorescent GPCR cell lines from Innoprot allows to perform GPCR internalization assays. Each vial of Green Fluorescent S1P1 Lysophospholipid Receptor Cell Line contains HepG2 cells stably expressing S1P1R tagged with tGFP. These Cell lines proliferate in vitro maintaining fluorescent GPCR expression following the cell culture manual.

Innoprot Green Fluorescent S1P1 Lysophospholipid Receptor Cell Line allows to assay compounds, or analyze their capability to modulate S1P1R activation and the following redistribution process inside the cells. When a ligand binds to the S1P1 Receptor, it activates a G protein, which internalizes in big and high intensity vesicles. This cell line has been validated measuring Fluorescent S1P1R redistribution by increase of fluorescence surrounding the nuclei using image analysis algorithms. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring S1P1 Receptor redistribution process in High Throughput Screening.
