Innoprot has developed a novel fluorescence cell-based assay cell line for High Content Screening that allows the quantification of FUS/TLS stress granules. This model consists in a U2OS cell line stably expressing fluorescent RNA-binding protein FUS/TLS (Fused in Sarcoma/Translocated in Sarcoma).

Innoprot offers this cell line as a “stable cell line” in cryopreserved vials. Each vial of U2OS cell line stably expressing fluorescent FUS/TLS contains 3 million cells and Innoprot provides 2 vials of cells with each order. These cells proliferate in vitro and they are guaranteed to further expand for more than 30 passages following the instructions provided in the technical sheet.

A novel family of stable cell lines have been developed through stable transfection with green fluorescent BACE1. Green Fluorescent BACE1 Cell Lines are stably-transfected and it is ready to use in cell-based assay applications. These stably transfected cell linew provide consistent levels of expression, which helps to simplify the interpretation of the results. These cell lines are intended to be used as an “in vitro” models for research studies.

  • SH-SY5Y cells expressing fluorescent BACE1
  • HEK293 cells expressing fluorescent BACE1
  • U2OS cells expressing fluorescent BACE1

All vials of the different stable cell line contains 3 million cells. It is guaranteed that these cells will expand in more than 30 passages following the cell culture manual

Parkin Mitochondrial Recruitment Assay Cell Line is a Parkinson’s Disease in vitro Model developed by Innoprot; which consists in U2OS cell line stably expressing the following constructs:

  • Green fluorescent protein (tGFP) fused to mitochondrial targeting sequence (MTS) derived from the subunit VIII of human cytochrome C oxidase
  • PARK2 protein fused to FP602 red fluorescent protein.

Innoprot offers this assay as a “stable cell line” in cryopreserved vials. Each vial of U2OS cell line stably expressing PARK2-FP602 & MTS-tGFP contains 3 million cells and Innoprot provides 2 vials of cells with each order.
