EP1 Prostanoid Receptor Cell LineCalcium Assay

HiTSeeker EP1 Prostanoid Receptor Cell Line

5.250,00

HiTSeeker are cell lines stably expressing label-free GPCRs, also known as seven-(pass)-transmembrane domain receptors. Each vial of HiTSeeker EP1 Prostanoid Receptor Cell Line contains U2OS cells stably expressing EP1 Receptor with no tag. HiTSeeker Cell lines proliferate in vitro maintaining GPCR expression following the cell culture manual.

Innoprot HiTSeeker EP1 Prostanoid Receptor Cell Line allows to assay compounds, or analyze their capability to modulate EP1 receptor. When a ligand binds to the EP1R, it activates a G protein, which in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by calcium. HiTSeeker EP1 Receptor cell line has been validated measuring calcium concentration changes in the cytosol upon activation with PGE2. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring EP1 Receptor activation process in High Throughput Screening.

Size/Quantity: 2 vials containing 3×106 cells / vial

EP2 Prostanoid Receptor Cell Line

HiTSeeker EP2 Prostanoid Receptor Cell Line

HiTSeeker are cell lines stably expressing label-free GPCRs, also known as seven-(pass)-transmembrane domain receptors. Each vial of HiTSeeker EP2 Prostanoid Receptor Cell Line contains HEK293 cells stably expressing EP2 Receptor with no tag. HiTSeeker Cell lines proliferate in vitro maintaining GPCR expression following the cell culture manual.

Innoprot HiTSeeker EP2 Prostanoid Receptor Cell Line allows to assay compounds, or analyze their capability to modulate EP2 receptor. When a ligand binds to the EP2R, it activates a G protein, which in turn, triggers a cellular response mediated by cAMP. HiTSeeker EP2 Receptor cell line has been validated measuring cAMP concentration changes in the cytosol upon activation with PGE2. The high reproducibility of this assay allows monitoring EP2 Receptor activation process in High Throughput Screening.
