Human Bladder Stromal Fibroblasts (HBdSF) provided by Innoprot are isolated from human healthy bladder. HBdSF are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. Each vial of Human Bladder Stromal Fibroblasts contains more than 500.000 viable cells. They are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings following the instructions provided in the technical sheet.

Fibroblasts are mesenchymal cells which came from the embryonic mesoderm. They are useful for a wide range of cellular and molecular studies as they are one of the easiest types of cells to grow in culture. Their durability also makes them amenable to a wide variety of manipulations ranging from studies employing gene transfection to microinjection.
