They provide all the necessary tools for evaluating the technology with the users’ own instrumentation. The platform presents four distinct biosensors for detecting Ca2+, cAMP, DAG, or β-arrestin recruitment. Furthermore, the flexibility of Nomad allows any combination of biosensors to be co-expressed with the target tag-free GPCR, tailoring the screening approach to meet specific research objectives.
